PLANNING NEXT LTSS STATE SCORECARD
The SCAN Foundation and AARP are planning the 5th edition of the Scorecard, to include considerations of the massive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the influx of federal Medicaid funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) that states will receive for home- and community-based services. If you have suggestions for how to best measure state performance now, related to navigating the pandemic, effective usage of ARPA funding in its aftermath or other ideas, please take a moment to email the Scorecard authors at longtermscorecard@aarp.org.
